Welcome to Erato’s Enlightenment!
I didn’t know about Erato until a friend told me about her. Erato is one of the nine Muses (not to be confused with the 3 Fates). Erato is considered a minor goddess in the Greek pantheon. Her rule includes love, weddings, and erotic and romantic poetry. Her name is rooted in Eros and can mean lovely or desired. I think that having Erato as a patron Goddess is quite fitting for a writer, content creator, artist, coach and officiant specializing in weddings. I gladly accepted my friend’s suggestion.
So here I am going against every single piece of modern business advice and just being the messy, multifaceted human, or at least as close as I can get on a one-dimensional space. And it won’t be easy because fear always wants to creep in and say, “you’re doing it wrong” and “just follow what someone else already did, no one will care” but that isn’t a person being who they are. It’s just showing you a piece of who they are. Being authentic is more.
Join me on my journey that is spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and artistic. As far as I know, and you’re welcome to share your perspective, that these are all the things we can experience as humans. I plan on sharing it all here.
